ClickThrough Marketing and client Gtech joined forces before Christmas to raise funds for Shelter, the homeless charity.

ClickThrough’s web production manager Neil Paterson had been working on the online checkout facility for the new AirRam Mk2. As part of his collaboration with long-time client Gtech, the company decided to send Neil an AirRam Mk2 so that he could see for himself the benefits of the very latest in cordless vacuum technology.

The arrival of the ultimate home cleaning device got Neil and the web development team thinking of those less fortunate, those who find themselves homeless at Christmas. A plan was then devised, in agreement with Gtech, to raffle the AirRam Mk2 in order to raise funds for Shelter. Tickets were sold at £5 a go, with a grand total of £130 raised for the homeless charity.

Tom Williams, technical SEO specialist, was the proud winner. Although his suggestion to gift wrap the AirRam Mk2 for his wife met with mixed response from the ClickThrough team (we seriously hope you didn’t Tom!).

TeamCTM also raised £36 for Save The Children on Christmas Jumper Day.

Well done to all and many thanks to those who donated!
