Our award-nominated resident CRO expert, Richard Chapman, hosted a CRO webinar last Thursday covering conversion psychology and persuasion, and we’ve had some really positive feedback from our audience.

This webinar highlighted important barriers to conversion and how to combat them. The presenter covered things in a concise way which was informative without being confusing. It was really enjoyable and sparked intrigue!

  • Persuasion Mechanisms

Many of the audience asked about the sources of fulfilment anxiety and what they can do to prevent it.

Richard gave examples such as; “how easy is it to return items?” and “can I get a refund if I change my mind?” He then explained that including points of reassurance is key, for example clear, concise returns and delivery procedures.
