Google - News and Views

Need to see the first indication that Google is setting up a social network? Log into Google.com and look at the top right hand side. It is at yet unpopulated but is a clear hint that more is to come.

Oh, are you finding that even typing Google.com into the location bar defaults you to Google.co.uk (or your own country domain)?

Perhaps you are needing to get on a different version of Google to find non-UK oriented results? Want to check out the new features of Google before they are rolled out to other Google domains?

Here are three ways to get to Google.com

1) Click on http://www.google.com/ncr

2) Click on Google search under the search box

3) Super useful when you are travelling and speak the lingo http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en. Scroll down and choose your country in the “Visit Google’s site in your local domain”.
