Google has announced it will turn off some of the older services of its AdWords API application builder on April 22nd.
The official AdWords blog said to ensure the withdrawal of v13 features does not affect AdWords users, they should migrate to the v200909 rewrite of the pay per click marketing service as soon as possible.
API allows marketers to build applications that interact directly with AdWords to automatically generate keywords, ad text and destination URLs. The system also enables companies to integrate AdWords data into their inventory systems so they can manage PPC campaigns based on their stock.
Using the AdWords API SOAP interface, users of the service can develop applications in the programming language of their choice, including Java, .NET, Perl and Ruby.
Among the v13 applications that will be withdrawn on April 22nd are the CampaignService, AdService, KeywordToolService and SiteSuggestionService.
