Internet marketing services 'incorporating video more' Internet advertising will be increasingly incorporating video in its campaigns, as video ad networks and video streams grow in popularity.

This is the opinion of eMarketer's David Hallerman, a senior analyst with the firm, who observed that the growth of online PR involving video will come from those sites that provide a richer catalogue of content, such as entire seasons of TV series.

His predictions for the industry appear to be in line with those of the managing director of Web TV Enterprise, an online video advertising network.

The company reported a marked increase in demand for this form of marketing in the last 12 months and Jamie Estrin noted that entertainment and technology sectors were "early adopters" of the medium.

"It has been a tough market generally but Q4 this year has seen a huge growth in video advertising full stop," he said, adding however that what may present a challenge to the market is the measurement of brand uplift.
