Norma Foster, an e-business specialist and frequent blogger for the Journal, states that it is important to firstly outline what the intentions of the blog will be.
From here she states that it is possible to create content that will generate discussion, which in turn creates more keyword rich content, and a community of readers and contributors that mostly maintains itself.

Last week a spokeswoman for the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) said that it was becoming increasingly important for small businesses to ensure that they are optimised for search rankings.
