Bing launched its Native Ads on Beta on June 20, 2015. Native Ads take into account search intent and place ads within native experience to present natural and relevant ad opportunities, according to Google.
The new ad setting has been launched in the US on MSN, but is expected to roll out to other markets later this year.
Bing Ads issued a phishing warning in mid-July following a spike in phishing targeting Bing Ads using Google Search. According to Tejas Gowda, programme manager at Bing Ads, search queries such as “Bing Ads” and “Bing Ads login” is directing users to look-alike Bing Ads login landing pages.
Users need to be aware of this and understand how to safeguard their account credentials by using https, using the official Bing Ads login site, and looking for the Verisign website authentication.
