Job Purpose

This position represents a fantastic opportunity to work with and support our Analytics and Conversion Department. They will support the Head of Analytics and Conversion to ensure client strategy is implemented and delivered to a high standard. They will ensure the delivery of a variety of CRO campaigns across clients and the company, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

This successful candidate will already be highly organised and have excellent planning and communication skills. You will be expected to hit the ground running and feel confident to take ownership of your areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conversion research/analysis and auditing of our client’s websites
  • A-B Test hypothesis creation
  • Creating and managing A-b tests within VWO (Visual Website Optimizer) software
  • Communicating with clients and handling their requests
  • Monthly client reports and dashboard creation
  • Account management


We need trusted, confident, hardworking people who are excited about the prospect of playing an important role within a leading digital marketing agency. To be successful in this role you will need to be energetic, approachable, but most importantly accountable for the delivery of client projects.


  • A degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Web/Computer courses, Marketing/PR/Consumer Psychology courses or another related field
  • Analytical mindset
  • Good knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Google Analytics (use and implementation)
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • At least one years’ experience in either a client side or agency exec CRO/digital marketing role
  • A-B Testing software (VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Test & Target etc)
  • Google Analytics


  • GAiQ qualified
  • Photoshop experience
  • Ability to interpret data
