January's employee of the month is Joe Wheeler, one of our SEO Specialists. Joe was nominated by his colleagues for his endless positivity as well as his enthusiasm for providing his clients with great work.

WHAT DO YOU INTEND TO SPEND YOUR WINNING VOUCHER ON?
I’ve recently been getting back into making music on the computer, so I’m going to put it towards a pair of studio headphones to help me do that.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PART ABOUT WORKING AT CLICKTHROUGH?
My favourite part about working at ClickThrough is the strong focus on learning and development. I’ve learned so much over the past few months and know that 2021 will bring even more opportunities to expand my skills and understanding.
WHAT HAVE YOU GAINED FROM WORKING AT CLICKTHROUGH?
Since starting at CTM a few months ago, I feel like my overall knowledge around technical SEO has improved hugely. Further than that, I feel like I’ve grown in confidence in general, and that I’ve been able to develop my ability to think outside of the box when approaching my projects.
