For when the question is which moves to make.

A consultancy engagement for when the question is which moves to make, not who runs the channel.

In short

You already have people running the channels. What you do not have is an independent read on whether the plan behind them is the right one.

When people come to us for this.

Rarely because a channel is broken. Usually because something upstream of the channels has stopped making sense.

01
The plan predates the market it was written for Budgets are still shaped around how people used to buy.
02
Growth has flattened and nobody can say why Every channel reports acceptable numbers, and the total is still going sideways.
03
A decision is coming that the data does not settle A new market, a replatform, a merger, a budget that has to be argued for.
04
There are too many opinions and not enough evidence Several credible plans, no agreed basis for choosing between them.

What the engagement actually is.

A fixed piece of work with a beginning and an end, not a retainer. We look at the commercial question first and the channels second, which is the opposite order to how most agency conversations start.

You get a recommendation you can act on whether or not we are the ones who act on it. That is the point of buying it separately from delivery.

What you are left holding

A written position on where the growth is, what is standing in its way, and which moves are worth making in what order.

Including, where it applies, the things worth stopping. Those are usually the fastest money and the hardest to hear from an incumbent.

How it differs from an audit.

An audit tells you the state of something. This tells you what to do about it, and what it is worth doing first.

An audit is a snapshot This is a decision, argued from evidence.
An audit is per channel This starts from the commercial question and works back.
An audit is usually a prelude to a proposal This is bought on its own, and useful on its own.

Let's find what's true.

Thirty minutes. No deck, no discovery fee. We will tell you what we would do first, and what we would stop.
