August may have started but it is time to celebrate the success our employee of the month for July, Sian Moss! 

CONGRATULATIONS TO SIAN, OUR NEWSET EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Now that July has come to end, we can look back on the successful July of our latest Employee of the Month - Sian Moss!

Sian has been a member of the ClickThrough family since 2019 and as a Content Specialist has consistently provided work to the highest standards while also stepping up to support newer members of the team by providing training sessions in July.

"Sian has been a massive support to the team and has stepped in where others haven't to provide training and make new members feel welcome. Her collaboration with internal teams and clients has been fantastic to see and her consistently brilliant work has seen her upsell a project to a retainer - an amazing achievement! Her Black Box submission will really benefit the CTM team and her knowledge and drive makes me feel very lucky to have her in my team."

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AT CLICKTHROUGH?

I’m a Content Specialist, which means I lead the content strategies for several of our clients – from writing blogs and website copy to analysing results and ensuring we uphold best practice and integration with other channels.

WHAT ARE THREE WORDS THAT DESCRIBE YOU?

Organised, passionate and sassy (when I want to be!).

WHAT DO YOU INTEND TO SPEND YOUR WINNING VOUCHER ON?

This won’t come as a surprise to anyone who knows me, but I’ll be picking up some new home décor.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PART ABOUT WORKING AT CLICKTHROUGH?

Definitely the people. I work across some great accounts with some fab people, internally and externally. I have built up some great relationships over the past couple of years.

WHAT HAVE YOU GAINED FROM WORKING AT CLICKTHROUGH?

I started at ClickThrough a year after graduating – with my linguistic head on and a penchant for writing. Two years later and here I am. I’ve worked on multiple accounts over my time here which has had me learning about endless new things – from lithium battery fires and agricultural equipment to the countless benefits of wool and document management. I’ve learnt a lot and have developed my skills in more ways than one.
