Announcing our employee of the month is always an exciting time for us at ClickThrough. This month, the award and coveted mug goes to New Business Manager, Mike Movassaghi.

We caught up with Mike to find out a little bit more about him, and how his role fits in at ClickThrough.
First up – can you tell us a little bit about your role here at ClickThrough?
I’m the New Business Manager, which is part of the Sales and Marketing team here at ClickThrough. We work with businesses looking to join us as clients and who want to know more about what we can do to help accelerate their digital performance. We look at their digital strategy, what they are currently doing, and what they could be achieving if they joined us.
What is your favourite part of the role?
I really enjoy discovery calls and learning about individual businesses. We sit down and talk about anything they feel is missing from their current strategy. I help fill those gaps and find solutions to how we can help them.
What did you do before you joined ClickThrough?
I’ve always had an interest in the automotive industry and worked in different companies in the industry. Along with recruitment, consultancy for the NHS, and I’ve even been here at ClickThrough before, many years ago!
What made you come back to ClickThrough in 2022?
I was scrolling on LinkedIn and saw Phil Robinson’s profile (ClickThrough’s CEO) and thought I’d drop him a call to catch up. He mentioned they had an opening in the sales team, so I applied, and the rest is history!
What would you say you have gained from working at ClickThrough?
I’ve learnt to have a more consultative sales approach, learned a lot more about the outreach process, and been working on some different outreach techniques and methods. I’m also working more closely with my marketing counterparts within the new business team, along with specialists across the agency to ensure what I’m discussing is always bang on.
What three words would you say describe you?
Loyal, Driven, and Strategic.
What do you plan to spend your voucher on?
I’ve picked an Amazon voucher! We are getting a puppy soon and I’ve just ordered some things for the newest (furry) member of our family!
Do you have any inspiring words for anyone that is thinking of joining clickthrough?
It’s a great place to work with a family feel to it. We are results driven and respected within the industry. Everyone that works here is great at what they do!
