Internet marketing tactics are one of the highlights of a search engine-related seminar in the US.
Online marketing issues are to be considered in a one-day forum hosted by ClickZ, advisers for the digital marketer, as part of the 2009 Search Engine Strategies conference in San Jose.
The Social Media and Video Strategies (SMVS) presentation on August 11th will, over the course of six sessions, look at the successes and failures in the internet marketing services sector.
August’s programme considers advertising via social networks, online video advertising, microblogging tools such as Twitter and marketing through social media.
New media expert Clay Shirky will be opening the SMVS day with a keynote speech.
"This forum is a great idea on the part of ClickZ and the event organisers because we’re going to address some key issues and look at interesting case studies," he said.
Pay per click marketing, keyword research, link building and multiple site issues will all be included in the five-day San Jose conference.
