Introducing ClickThrough’s New Director of Client Strategy and Retention

We are pleased to announce that Zoe Bates has been promoted to Director of Client Strategy and Retention. Find out more about what her new role entails.

Zoe has shown great leadership and taken responsibility to lead the growth of our Paid Search business offering and department, and has now been appointed as Director of Client Strategy and Retention, which is a brand new role for ClickThrough.

Working in partnership with our department specialists and Rob Allen (Director of Client Development), Zoe will take overall responsibility for client strategy and retention.

Zoe will be running various added value client initiatives such as business SWOT reviews, running Innovation & Business Growth forums and working with our clients to identify 2-3 year business growth road maps and plans.

Additionally, Zoe will be taking ownership for our Net Promoter Score and Service Level Review process, and will be working to improve and streamline these.

Zoe has been an integral part of the ClickThrough Marketing team for 6.5 years, and her influence on the company's progress and growth has been considerable.
