Social media expert Beverly Macy has commented on the importance of businesses going ‘social’.
Writing for the Huffington Post, Macy said that possessing a good solid knowledge of expanding social technologies and social media platforms, such as Twitter and Facebook, would become critical in the building of global brands via social media marketing efforts.
